Question:
the past few days it doesnt matter what i am doing if anything at all, sometimes i can just be sitting there doing nothing and i start not feeling so good and get really light headed? its really annoying especially if i am doing something, any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue?

I get it, too and so does 2 of my adult sons. Don't know for sure what it is, but I do believe in my case at least, that it's related to inner ear problems. Sorry I couldn't help more. Good Luck.
