15 1/2 months ago. But I just got my one year reward tatoo. It took me 3 1/2 months to decide what I wanted. I've already got my 2 year reward tatoo picked out. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for me. Although you didn't ask, I'll tell you, my children's prayers to quit and now , never to start again, helped a lot.

Hi,
I packed in smoking 23 years ago but in nearly all my dreams I still smoke.
If the memory of me smoking is embedded that deep in my subconsciousness , then resisting the urge to smoke must be a daily, conscious choice, that I make without realising I do so.

on my 23rd bday i had a relapse, having completely gone cold turkey 2 years before. I think i had two draws and almost threw up.
That was 5 years ago and i have no urges whatsoever.
well done for 15 years!
Just came back from a smoke break, nothing like the cool crisp sensation of that first morning puff as your lungs fill up with the soothing gray smoke of a long cigarette.
Never smoked...congrats on 15 years!
March 8th, 2007. That's when I quit!
