Sleeping question?

Question:
Some nights, right before i fall asleep i flinch, like i tripped over something. What is this and why does it happen?

Answers:
It's called a night tremor--my husband gets those all the times.

It's just your body starting to relax and your muscle involuntarily contracting and relaxing.
It happens to me, too. It's normal. Flinching, abruptly moving like you're falling, etc. It usually happens when you're half awake, half asleep.
It's "nap jerk" and refers to the synapses of the brain firing while almost asleep.
stress, drink a glass of beer before you go to bed it's very good for the sleep and nerves
Well its because your muscles are relaxing they tend to flinch but its perfectly normal. You will see that it will happen even more if you exercise.
