What can you do after you have had back surgery?

Question:

Answers:
well that all depends on the type of back surgery...most back surgeries have a healing period of 4-6 mnths and only 65 percent are successful...But i suppose it depends on the type of person you are...if you are very motivated to get better then you can probably do more than others...If you are taking a lot of pain medication and it makes you feel better than you can probably do more than someone who is not...I guess it all depends on what you feel you can do...good luck with everything because i turned down back surgery...i hope yours went well and you get back to normal soon...
You didn't say what kind of back surgery or when, so I can't be really specific. Best thing is to follow the doctor's directions as to exercise, wearing an abdominal brace, sleeping positions, lifting, etc. These will be different for different surgeries, so we can't really tell you.
I'm not to sure but my friend had back surgery so i'll tell you as soon as possible.
cry..I've had chronic pain in my spine for 8 years, i had the tip of my spine removed, I can now sit in a chair for a few minutes at a time. Prayer helps alot. If you have a Bible psalms139. I'll pray for you
