Why do I always seem to feel tired every day?
Question:
Answers:
It's a symptom of many diseases such as chronic fatigue syndrome, nutritional deficiencies, parasitic infections(largely under-diagnosed), depression, hypothyroidism, or you may just need more sleep than the average person. It took me a long time to realize that unlike most people that get 6-7 hours of sleep a night and are fine, I actually need about 9 hours of sleep.
Are you vegetarian? Could be a lack of iron.
You may have low iron levels. Do you eat red meat at all? Add broccoli and stuff to your diet.exercise...get your diet in balance.you should have at least one green thing everyday...there is an easy start
First make sure that your eating right, and drinking plenty of water.
you might be anemic, so I would look into that at the doc's office.
Eat alot of red meat for iron.
good luck sweetie
Maybe try drinking more water..
Fresh fruit and veg will also help!
Are you stressed about anything? Try going to the gym once a week to have some you-time, and give your body a good health kick!
Maybe could be the method of contraception you use if you are on the pill or injection?
If it carries on, I would go see your doc and see what they have to say...
Hope you find the answer soon!
Find a new doctor! A.S.A.P. It could be plenty of things? Tat is why we have doctors & second opinions!! It could just be the heat of your taking longer to recoup!! GL:)
Sound like ur body is letting u know it's in need of some Vitamin/Iron try taking Centrum a Multivitamin/multimineral supplement it make take a week to really feel the different at least it did with me.But it works!
Obviously, you need to make sure that it's not a medical issue. If it is sleep related, here's a great site that will help you understand why you 'seem' to get sleep but still feel tired:

I think that when there may be a bigger problem (IE: a sleep issue) we try to fix it with band aids. You can make little changes, but they may not help. I would at least check out this site. Give it a minute to load, because there's a video.
Good luck!
A multivitamin every day might help.
