Light headed?

Question:
lately ive been getting light headed a lot. when i go down a flight of stairs or even just going ten feet from the living room to the kitchen. im not sure why.. does anyone know why.. or can anyone help?

Answers:
You may have low amounts of potassium. If you dont have enough you can get light headed and/or pass out. This can occur with or without physical activity, but is most apparent during physical activity. I reccommend bananas. It could also be low citrus, so have some oj every now and then.
Maybe it could be to do with fear. You should talk to the doctor to be on the safe side.
This sounds like a bloody pressure issue, could I suggest you need to see your doctor as soon as possible.
go see a Doctor my dear, there could be a problem with your middle ear.
Wow. The same seemingly unexplainable thing JUST happened to me a few days ago!
I went to the doctors and I had Vertigo; but I also had fatigue. If you experienc this go to a doctor. :)
If not, it could be some kind of stress or anxiety. Try having sometime for yourself, take a bubble bath, cozy up with a good book, or take a sounds of the rain CD to the couch for a snooze. If you that doesn't help, or it doesn't go away in a few days, call your physician;as it may be high blood pressure.
Hope I could help! :)
it could be blood pressure dropping or a heart murmer. call your doctor
Are you pregnant?
out of shape.. do some cardio.
