Av got lower abdominal pain and av been breaking wind... help me pls?

i always get severe pains in my lower abdomen when i am passing wind through my bowels . but if this is a long term problem you should see your GP as it could be a symptom of an infection or a bowel condition such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Colitis. ther are a few conditions but i cant remember them all. if you go onto the Nhs Direct website you can read up on all the different conditions and it lists the symptoms for you to give you an idea of what you could be experiencing. but you should still see your GP if this is bothering you too much.
it sounds like its either i.b.s. or diverticulitus with the latter it smells very bad, if it is diverticulitus seek medical help
possibly constipation? to answer properly need bit more info.
You may have trapped gas. Phaysime (sp) works really well.
