There is a pain in my left side shoulder bone. what should i do about it?

take a good oil massage on your shoulder , have your soul relaxed then take a hot shower, then feel the difference,,,,,,,,,,,,,em,,,,,... ul love it
try using the crap bandage.take rumalaya forte tablet(consult physician).restrict the movement. try using pads( like in skating) stop lifting heavy things.
dont sleep with your body weight over that shoulder.
try using pillows to help you in the cause.

If it"s not related to any activity that you have done I would see a doctor about it?
Apply some oil from your medical store for a few days. If there is no improvement consult your doctor w/o delay.
Pain can also b caused due to 'Not workin out' .. ..
Try some lite workouts in de mornings .. ..
But b4 dat, try n rub sum ointment like Iodex.
A massage will help u .. ..
