Always Sick!?


Question:
Ok i am immuned to everything i have had mono, chicken pocks, strep throat 6 times, the flu 3 times, menangitis, a cist in my throat, jelly fish stings, sea lice, warts, boils, EVERYTHING! if lice is going around i will definately catch i catch everything what is my problem

Answers:
Its because of the mono. Your more subseptable to everything cause mono never goes away it goes into remission and will reoccure later in life again and again.
Mono attacks the liver and kidneys. The liver and kidneys produce alot of immune support for your body and by catching the mono youve stunted your extra immune support.
Do you need to lose weight?
You need to get your blood of a higher quality.
Here are some good ideas:

Losing weight:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
You take medication. Drink tea and aloe vera juice more often.
It is the power of attraction. you get what you attract. if you constantly thing you are going to get what ever is going around, you will!
try imaging that you are always healthy and well and energized. and you will be.
Well, the jellyfish, sea lice, etc., you can't really do anything about. However, if the same doctor treated you for all the diseases, he must have considered checking out your immune system. If he hasn't, ask him to do so ASAP. If that's OK, then ask for a referral to a nutritionist, since diet is the only other reason I can think of for such multiple illnesses.
Just lucky, I guess.
Have your immune system checked out like pronto. Sometimes you might have something that's inhibiting your immune system from protecting you like it should, opening your body to more frequent infections. It could also be a blood disorder. Go to the clinic and ask for a test in order to see if your immune system is functioning properly.
don't be worried.it isn't a big deal..
all the problem is stress & unwell mood or loss of motivation ..it doesn't mean facing a big problem but just umay live a bored life

*do something u like & after starting it u will find u active even if u feel that u can't

You obviously need to check out your diet and eat more foods that have vitamins and calcium and exercise more. Also it probably has something to do with your immune system which is probably very low and is not finding those viruses or bacteria etc.... that causes you to be sick.
Vitamin C will boost your immune system.

Two grams a day or even a lot less would help.
