Talk to your school nurse and have the school nurse write a note home (with a copy to your file) indicating that you need a dental checkup.
Tell them you'll call childrens services to get care from there if you are serious.
As far as the dentist goes you will need your parents, but to check for disease just go to an open clinic. You can look it up online and most places just ask for a donation and no parents involved! Check out a planned parenthood they usually no of all the open clinics!
start crying and say you tooth hurts and that the past few night you could sleep because of it keep crying until they bring there
Dental check up is a must for every body at least once in six months.
