has the limb started to go necrotic yet? as soon as it gets nice and black, it should just be a matter of days before it falls off. these things just sort of work themselves out on their own. good luck.
it'll form a little postule in a day or so. just leave it alone and you'll be fine. and no, your limb won't fall off.
