What are you supposed to do to "cure" constant running nose, occasional cramps and headaches?

Question:
I had a fever 3 or 4 days ago, my body temperature maintained at a level of about 37.5 'C before I the fever is gone.
It's been like 4 days since I got well and I'm still suffering from this really annoying running nose thingy (not to make it gross intentionally but the color of the stuff is kinda yellowish). I've also been getting occasional cramps on my left calf (the muscle part thingy directly below the knee), especially when I'm still in bed half awake in the morning at like 4 to 5 am (I normally wake up at 7). I've had this kind of strains when I still had the fever.
For the headache part I'm very sure the fever is gone and my body temperature is below 37 'C. I just happen to get it whenever I take the bus. I also get tired a lot faster than before when I walk up the stairs.

Is there anyway you can suggest to make all of those (perhaps most of'em) go away? Like is there something I should do or eat specifically?

Answers:
You should go see a Doctor.
I'm sorry i couldn't help.
