Why does standing make a bruised Knee hurt?

doesn't matter whether u were laying down or sitting.. when u stand, it changes the blood flow ,,, it has to travel further standing up...
plus the fact the strain on the leg is involved.. it tends to add some pressure on the foot which travels up the leg.. any damages bones, tissues, muscles, or ligaments.. are under pressure as well..
Pressure (compression) on injured tissue, which includes bone as it is also tissue.
oh let me think. hmmm PRESSURE.
