Stomach ache?

Did your doctor do a urine culture? That is different than the urine test they do in the office with a test strip. It takes over 24 hours to get the results of a urine culture. Also, are you running a fever? If you're not, then you probably do not have a urinary tract infection. If you had a kidney infection or kidney stones, the pain would be in your back, to the far right or left, at your waist.
It may be your intestines. If you have had this pain for a month and it's getting worse, you really have to go back to the doctor. He may send you to a gastroenterologist who may order a colonoscopy or a barium enema; both tests show what the inside of the intestines look like.
The doctor will probably order an x-ray of your belly to see what is going on. He should also do a complete blood panel
Good luck; I hope you get better fast.
