they only seem to happen at night. i usually go to sleep at 3 am and wake up at 9,10am, and im usually in front of the computer screen. my eyelids also feel very heavy at night and i have to sort of massage them a little (even though i never phsically feel tired or sleepy at night) i also have brown and dark things in the white part of my eyeballs. ive been to the eye doctor lately and nothing seemed wrong. would more sleep help or should i go back for an eye exam?

it might be the computer screen that makes them hurt...I dont know how late you stay on the computer, but try getting off the computer like a half an hour or so before you usually go to bed.
