Try your hardest to not sleep as much, oversleeping tends to make you tired for some strange reason, and it becomes a vicious circle.
damm u have a feeling u gone die,,, have some excersie
you probably sleep a lot because you're depressed about something. and your mind is only resting when you're asleep. i have the same problem. i sleep a lot. atleast 10 hours every night and sometimes 14. makes it hard for me to sustain a job. someone told me to try to find my purpose in life then i won't sleep to much. working on it. best of luck to you.
I don't think you are going to DIE from sleeping too much. It seems to me that the more you sleep the more tired you are. You body goes into REM cycles and if you sleep too much then your body is going to go through more REM cycles than it needs. Contrary to popular belief, your body is not inactive when you are sleeping, but actually quite mobile moving around adjusting heart rate and breathing as each REM cycle is completed. You should follow standard guidelines for sleep, approx. 8 hrs for most adults. You can make your body adjust until you find the right amount that you need.
your need to take Shapeworks Natures Raw Guarana (NRG). I use to be like you before. I don't know if you're an adult or in school, but you may need to speak to some sort of counselor, sounds like you might need to talk. Physically speaking, I remember when I was sleeping way too much a few years ago, working 7am to 3p, which were great hours. I got up by a quarter of six to eat and get ready, went to bed by 9, but after work, I'd be ready to lie back down and sleep for like four three or four hours, and it went on for a few weeks, I was sluggish and tired. I realized I Needed iron, my iron was very low, also I started taken centrums..so you may need a multivitamin and/or iron. If you eat alot of carbs, junk food, sodas..etc.. lay off those they are so bad for you.. try more fruits and veggies if you can..bananas have potasium which help with energy.I think...lol.. Good luck to you. I Hope you feel better, and please talk to someone soon.!! No one should ever feel like they are about to die.
some ppl need more sleep than others, if ur tired during the day then ur body isnt rested enough, on the weekend go 2 sleep 1-2hrs earlier than u normaly do, and dont set n e king of alarm. if u wake up and stil feel sleepy lay in bed, go bak 2 sleep, this will let ur body rest, do this sat and sun... or n e other 2 days in a row if ur not doing this on a weekend. after those 2 days u shouldnt feel sleepy, this will show u howmany hrs of sleep u need, then try to give ur body that many hrs of sleep every nite.
like some ppl above had said u also mite b laking vitamins, and some ppl have said over sleeping causes laziness, no actually the laziness is cause because u disturbed ur body and it still needs sleep, if u let it sleep u should b tired, unles u have a sleeping disorder, then chek w/ a doc
you are darn lucky matey, I go to bed on average about midnight, I average about 4 hours sleep, then have to go to the littlle boys room, then when I get back into bed I can lie awake for maybe 2-3 hours before I doze off again for maybe half an hour to an hour,I don't drink and don't smoke or eat after 6-0 0 clock at night, and definitely do not sleep in the day, and I am not over weight, and I am active in the garden,or doing a bit of cycling for my shopping or other errands.
