You need to see a doctor for this...you can get an inhaler that delivers medication through your mouth to help relax the airway passages to allow you to breath normally. All you do is carry the inhaler around when you are gonna do athletic activity and when you feel an asthma attack coming take a deep breath from the inhaler and problem solved.
this is only a suggestion, but i have often heard that asthma can be aggravated by diet - especially dairy and/or wheat. would you consider being dairy-free and/or wheat-free as an experiment for a fortnight? it is amazing what a difference it can make. i have known it clear up headaches, eczema, improve energy, asthma, mood and all sorts of other things.
a fortnight is not a terribly long time for you to try it and you'll soon see if it makes any difference to you. there are also plenty of wheat and dairy free alternatives on the market these days, so you won't need to feel you're missing out. i hope that helps - good luck!
your asthma attacks when you come short of oxygen in your brain. If you do jogging or to much stress or to much fatigue, your oxygen supply will become smaller and thats the time your asthma attacks. the Herbalife Natures Raw Guarana (NRG) is a food for the brain. its not a drugs but a food that supplies oxygen in your brain. you can use it to optimize your energy and you can do whatever activity you want to do. it is a food that helps you prevent from asthma attack, it is also good for mental alertness and extra energy. email me to know more about it. heart.problem.solution@gmail.c...
When you have asthma, you are also prone to allergies. Asthma attacks are triggered by a lot of things like respiratory infection, allergies, change in weather/climate and. exercise. You can go to an immunologist since asthma is related to that. You can find out what you're really allergic/reacting to and they would do desensitization. That way you'll lessen the triggering factors. There are once daily maintenance drugs (like seretide, etc.), consult your doctor. Don't just take drugs on your own.
I also have asthma.
