Answers:
Have you tried setting a constant time to go to sleep and wake up? If not, that's what you should try. For example, I go to bed at 10:00 pm and wake up at 7:00 am. This gives me about 9 hours of sleep. If that doesn't work, try doing relaxing things before you go to bed, such as drinking tea or reading a good book. Good bye, and good luck!
You need a sleep clinic.
do you have mono it makes you ehausted
I'm the same way, have been my whole life, and im 26, but i feel two thousand.

its cause we are old souls and been through emotional hell and find this world overwhelming.
It could be because of stress, or a poor diet. Maybe youre not getting enough calories throughout the day.
It could be a lot of different things. Even hormones play a role in that in some cases. The only way to know for sure is to go to your doctor. Explain everything that is going on. Make a log of all the symptoms for a week or so and what is going on in your life, so that you can go to the doctor with an example. (instead of just saying i'm tired...) The doctor will direct you in what to do. He/she will probably have you do a sleep study to see if there are other issues. Don't stress, that will only bring on more exhaustion. The doctor will know what's best for you. ;) good luck from a sleep deprived person with a sleeping disorder!
Start by eating healthily, and getting some exercise (if you are not already). I used to have crazy sleeping patterns when I was a student. It is difficult to get out of the routine, but possible.

If you are dreaming a lot, then this could be why you are tired. You may not be getting enough of the deep quality sleep.

Start going to be earlier, 10.30 - 11pm if possible. Get up in the morning. Stay active. Exercise a bit, don't eat a large meal before bed, don't drink alcohol before going to bed either. And set a couple of alarma, and get up the next day and do something. Even if it is just walking to the shops to buy some bread. Just for the hell of it.

Give it a go, you body may be crying out for some routine.
masturbate!
couple of possibilities:

1. you could have mononucleosis (aka "mono"). This is a viral infection that results in excessive fatigue. Its possible to catch mono from sharing saliva with others- sharing cups, kissing, etc.

2. abnormally low blood pressure. This can cause less blood to flow through and oxygenate the brain, making it more prone to fatigue and overall sluggishness.

3. low blood sugar or the reverse, diabetes. Either way, the sugar regulation mechanism between ur blood and ur cells may be out of whack- causing fatigue

4. ur just naturally a night owl- meaning ur body clock runs a little later than daily work hours. fall asleep late, wake up late.
see a Dr sounds like depression
You need a rest. Shift your focus. How about learning singing. It might help you to forget some of your misery....been poor.
Or change your preception ,take 100 kids that is worst than yourself and compare how fortunate you are....
Take a good rest it will help.
