Cant get to sleep?


Question:
i am 16 yrs old...im on summer break so i go to bed at 12 wake up at 12...i dont do anything...and my job dun start till next week,,,

yet when i go to bed...its like i suffer from insomnia...

i toss and turn and get get to sleep.and when i wake up..its like im even more tired than in the morning...is their any thing i can do??

like food...exercise..sleep arangements..ill try anything

you should to something around in the house or outside...or you can play some sports like walk around really hardly work and wake up early and do something hardly work and it's will make u tired....but don't work allday..just like if 8 or 9pm u can sit down and relax and watching tv... and not thinking about anything..because if you thinking something it's will not let you go to sleep...just relax and enjoy watching tv and then try make yourself falling sleep.... hope it's help you..
You could try drinking milky malted drinks like Horlicks or Ovaltine, or reading in the evening, but set your alarm clock for 9.00. so that you get up earlier than midday, because the rest in the morning is messing up your sleep routine. Then you will want to sleep tomorrow at 12 midnight!
