Watery, bloodshot eyes and stuffy nose? I can't even drive?

Question:

What is this most likely to be? Allergies, pink eye, a sinus infection? It came on suddenly and I can't even drive because both eyes are so red and watery. Also, my nose is stuffy.

sounds like really bad allergies..try some Benadryl but at home since it makes you very drowsy

There are lots of otc meds you can take. It sounds like allergies. You could take a combination med with both anahistimine and decongestant in it to cover all of your symtoms. Get well soon!
