I just heard about this a few days ago and i will let you know that it will not work. When you want to reduce weight, blood sugar levels and blood pressure there are other ways that are reliable and have been tested by years and years of human existence. Ill go ahead and lay some down for you here, all of the exercises you need can be done without any cost.
Reducing Weight- this is a no brainier, walking and general working out will get this done. The thing you have to remember is cardio workouts(running/walking/swimm... ect) will remove fat from your body as a whole which will reduce your weight dramatically after constant practice.
Blood Sugar Levels- Blood sugar is obtained from sugar oddly enough, so lets say you are sitting at the table eating a piece of pie. All of the sugar from that is going to be converted into fat and none is going to be burned off. Now lets say that you are walking down the street drinking a Coke, the sugar in that coke will be burned off because you are moving your muscles and it will be used up. In ending, exercise more, eat less sugar filled things, eat fruits when you want something sweet and always exercise when you decide to drink something really sugary.
Blood Pressure- Now high blood pressure is nothing i have ever had to deal with so if you are going through it props to you because it is serious business and i have only read about it so nothing i say is from experience only articles. First some of the causes i understand is weight and from your questions i can assume that is a problem. Again with the walking/cardio you can fix this but it will take time so stick with it, i can tell you with 100% confidence that once you see some results you will keep going so just keep going. I am not going to copy this whole article that i read so ill put it up here, please read this and consider looking up for yourself also. Good Luck!
