Answers:
Reflexology can also be done on the hands. When you look for charts for reflexology some sites will also show you the charts for the hands (which are the same points on the feet).

I've used reflexology a few times, the very first time my grandma did it for me when I had a headache and within a few minutes of the massage the headache was gone.

Also, check your local library to see if they offer books on Reflexology. Check in particular the "Idiot's Guides" books and and also "Dummies".

Also, check out the Alternative Medicine guide from about.com

When going to the about.com homepage type in Reflexology and it should take you to the Alternative Medicine newsletter to give you even more information on Reflexology.
try in search engine "reflexology foot charts"
lots out there on the web

when I was nursing in the hospital and waitressing I would come home and my feet felt like 2 chubs of ground chuck try alternating icy and hot soak, rubbing alcohol, also those round prickly massage balls - roll under your feet while sitting, my Nana also said take a spoon of mustard(yelow prepared) gross I know but when I was pregnant it worked
