Muscle pain in left upper chest. It just won't go away i have tried lots of inflammatories?

Question: with no help. It is sharp and under my pacemaker. I am only 22 so i am not having a heart attack. My ekg also looked fine.

Answers:
The anti-inflammatory drugs never work I don't think. Not in my experience at least. Maybe try to get pain medicine, that will have a definate affect. Good luck.
