How can I make it less noticable in 3 hours? It feels like my whole top lip is swollen. HELP!

Putting Ice on it imedietly will tone down any swelling, i would go see a docter when you can he/she could give you something to tone down the swelling
Go to your local pharmacy and find something for bug bites that is safe to use on your lips - there are special creams like that out there. In the meantime, use ice to control the swelling.
put a dark lipstick! or apply cold compress
