My mom is tired all the time..?

Question:
She gets about five and a half hours of sleep a night (not that much). But she gets so tired when she comes home that she can drink two cups of coffee and a redbull and they have no affect on her. Is it just that shes not getting enough sleep?

Answers:
Your mom could be depressed, or suffer from Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue, Insomnia, Thyroid disorder, Stress, Hormone imbalance, not meeting the necessary requirements nutritionally. She could have a Vitamin B12 deficiency, or Vitamin B deficiency, or Iron deficiency. All of those can be tested by your doctor, through blood work, same thing with a Thyroid disorder. She could have parasites also. They can test for all of these things via blood. Tell your mom that you are concerned and want her to go to the doctor because you think something is wrong.
she should probably get 7 to 8 hours of sleep and slow down on the caffeine
She should be relaxed while sleeping not worried about stuff around..and switch to decaf and juices...Juices are more energizing & refreshing..and not to forget, drink plenty of water..
