Answers:
It could have been a lot of things - heartburn, a pulled muscle, etc. Yes, you can have a heart attack and not pass out, but unless you have a history of heart problems, this doesn't seem likely.
It's not a heart attack. You'd be in guiness since you'd be one of the youngest in the history of earth to have one. Heart attack pain lasts AT LEAST 30 minutes and usually hours. Heart pain will be worse with exertion. When your growing, it is common to get an air bubble btwn the linings of your lungs which will cause a sharp pain for a few seconds. It goes away faster if you take in a really deep breath to get rid of the air bubble.
yes, my father had a heart attack and never passed out. Your problem sound like gas pain, or an air bubble though. Heart attack usually if followed buy numbness or tingling in the right arm. Were you active when this happened?
The answer is Yes! You don't give enough info. for someone to really say what is wrong w/you...possibly you did something too fast, and caused a slight shortout in electrical signals in your body before it recovered. When they say that humans are machines.think about it. We abuse our bodies and expect perfect & instantaneous service every time. If you are worried, do the smart thing and make an appt. with your doctor. Don't write off your worries as non-important. Your doctor can best answer any questions you have.
Most people don't pass out while having a heart attack, as a matter of fact many don't even know they are having one. They do however pass out if they go into cardiac arrest. I would let your doctor know, it could have been a muscle spasm, or even angina. If you have angina, the pain usually goes away with rest or stopping activity. My hubby had 2 heart attacks, and was talking to paramedics with both
