Why can i only fall asleep and sleep on my stomach and not my back or sides?

Question:

Answers:
I too could only sleep on my stomach. Everyone has a comfy spot and position well they fall asleep. The habits develop during childhood. However, I found out that sleeping on your stomach is very bad for your back. I curves your back in a position that increases back problems overtime. Problems such as back pain, spasms and slumping. Do your best to get into a new sleeping position, perhaps by laying on your side 1/2 the night and gradually working until you finally accomplish a more suitable position.
Probably because when you were a baby your mother used to do that to you, to lay you down on your stomach... that position is more comfortable.
i do that too, im more of on my side with my top leg sprawled over like im laying on someone. i hate sleeping on my back, i get headaches. sleep how you feel comfy, i like sleeping.
Because you are used to sleep on your front instead of the majority of the people sleeping on their back and sides. Babies were always let to sleep on their tummy to avoid the vomited milk from flowing back to their wind pipe. Now as an adult, you need to learn to sleep on your back and sides because as your grow older your tummy will get bigger and it will be very uncomfortable for you to continue the practice.
