My throat is almost always itchy????

Question:
My throat has been constantly itchy for the past week or so, and was sometimes itchy previously. I don't have a cold, and the itching seems to be the only problem. My eyes and nose get itchy occasionally, but not as often. My only allergies are cats/dogs, birch/oak trees, and peanuts; I've only been in contact with cats/dogs, as I have 2 cats and a dog. But i've had these animals all my life and the itching only seems really bad right now. How can i make it stop and whats wrong????

Answers:
IT IS YOUR ALLERGIES NO DOUBT ABOUT IT , AND THIS IS A GOOD TIME OF THE YEAR FOR TREES. THINK BACK TO MAKE SURE YOU DIDN'T EAT ANY FOODS THAT CONTAINED A PEANUT INGREDIENT. IF THE ITCHING GETS WORSE AND YOUR THROAT STARTS FEELING TIGHT, GO TO THE E.R. IF YOU CAN WAIT , I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GO TO YOUR DOCTOR, TO GET IT CHECKED. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO PEANUT INGREDIENT IN IT. YOU WOULD BE SURPRISE HOW MANY ITEMS HAVE A PEANUT BI-PRODUCT IN IT
allergies
I know what you mean, I hate it. If you say you have allergies to cats and dogs, then it's your pets. Try taking medication.
Ditto
Could be a hairball ;) Just kidding, try gargling with warm water with a teaspoon of salt in it. If you can take a break from talking too that may help. Just like anything once it gets irratated your throat may need a break to recover. Every time you talk or clear your throat it may just aggrevate it
It is likely some medication that you are taking. See your doctor he can advise you.
Ragweed is in season. Try Claratin.
