Feels like a hangover?

Question:
I stayed up all night crying over me and my husband fighting, and when i woke up this morning, feeling like i have a hangover, and my eyes are so puffy. I have to go to the mall with my mom today. What can i do to hide the puffiness, and make my hangover feeling go away?

Answers:
I feel (and look) exactly like that after I have a crying bout. You can't do much about the emotional exhaustion you're feeling, but take some tylenol or whatever you have, that's going to help a little. Put some ice in a washrag and place it over your eyes (moving it from one eye to the other) for 15 minutes. You can reapply it again in about 10 minutes. This will help reduce the puffiness.
Cold shower, two Tylenol and lots of water.
warm tea bags.. lay down , close your eyes and apply them for 15- 20 minutes...
your hangover effect will go after you drink lots of orange juice or gatorade, you probably are dehydrated, try water and lots of it , if you don't have the other things
take some tylenol, take a shower and lay with a cold compress over your eyes to minimize the swelling and then do your makeup as usual and it should not be noticable. If she asks just tell her your say something sad on tv and was crying and you were just feeling extra emotional last night if you don't want to tell her what the fight was about.
Sudaphed may help the sinus swelling. Tylenol for achiness. And the company of a good friend!
