I have swimmers ear and they get like this. I suggest trying to flush your ear out with some murin ear drops or some peroxide and water mixture.

Chances are you have eustachian dysfunction, and the stock answer is to use nasal decongestants, though they're known to be ineffective. Olive oil will soften the wax in your ears (if that is the problem)and make it easier to remove.
