Answers:
I know exactly what you mean, i had knee surgery about 2 years ago from when it was smashed playing hockey. I had to do these annoying cardio and knee workouts at home every hour or so and they just sucked. What i would do is drink a Alka-Seltzer with my meal and hold off on the working out. Now i am not going to completly recommend you do this because not everyone accepts Alka-Seltzer. The main reason you are getting sick is because you are working out after you eat. When you eat wait till you have had a bowl movement before working out, and it is always good to drink plenty of water while working out this will help sooth your stomach. Another thing i can suggest is that you eat 6-7 small meals a day instead of the normal 3, and make breakfast the biggest because your normal is most regular at that time of day. When your stomach is full the acid is more compacted which gives you the feeling of nausea so you need to vomit, this also goes when you have nothing in your stomach so keep it to lots of small meals. Good Luck!
Could be an infection.
Go to your doctor.
