Are you staying properly hydrated? I know it sounds weird, but muscle cramping can be caused by dehydration (and it seems to happen particularly in the legs.) My best friend was having leg pain for weeks and finally went to the doctor for it. Doc told him to drink more water.pain was gone in a couple of days. I don't know why you would be noticing it more when you don't sleep well, but I would still give drinking more water a try (unless you're certain you get enough already.)
quick get the bengay and make sure u rub it in those legs real nice and deep like
Go
www.tni.com/hirogiant
and order a case of Energy drink for mobility (BLUE)
that will take care for your pain
try putting them under a heating pad when they hurt (you can fill a water bottle with boiling water and that will work too). try to analyze your sleeping position--if you sleep on your back try your side, if on your side try your back. perhaps try elevating them at night. good luck!
try a different matteress it helped my leg problems try a springless bed
You may have restless leg syndrome. Check with your county medical society and see if there are any services for indigent care.
If there are not, call several doctors and ask them if they would see you and let you pay the bill out.
You will have to get on medication as well, and the doctor, if you explain your situation, will usually get you samples.
In addition you can also get help from the drug manufactuer.
Lastly, there is a program I have used called freedrugcard.us. It gets you substantial discounts at certain pharmacies.
I hope all this helps you.
Me too! It's because I have sleep apnea. Y'don't sleep well, you never get into the deep, dreamless sleep that is the most healing - and your body needs to heal from the day's activities whether you're a world-class athlete or spend your days behind a desk pounding a keyboard.
See your doctor about the problem - you simply cannot diagnose your problem on your own, and if it's indeed sleep apnea, you need to know that untreated, it can lead to an early death from heart disease.
Hopefully, your problem is readily solvable - but you obviously have not been able to do it on your own, so it's time to call in the pros - and that's the medical profession.
As for not being able to afford to see a doctor - can your survivors afford to have you die of an untreated ailment? Other answers to your question have suggested several ways to approach the financial end of the problem. One or more of them may work for you.
