i have had 2 sergeries on this toe, i have broken this toe 3 times, 1 broken titamium screw, one chipped bone, smashed it into a wall. then this weekend i am pretty sure i broke it in the cement by stubbing it. it is a nice shade of purple and it hurts really bad. what should i do? get a toe splint? and how do i prevent my toe from breaking?

The best cure is to tape the toe to the other one around it and wait for it to heal. I've broken my toe several times and that is all the Dr. does.
well my friend stubbed her toe on a wall and broke her toe. all the doctor will give you is a shoe to make it more comfortable to walk around.
I broke my little toe and it hurt like hell! I don't think they do anything for broken toes. One thing . I don't go around barefoot anymore, not even sandals. Got a pair of Keen flip flops with a toe guard. Greatest invention ever!
