Broken capillaries on my legs?

Question:
I am 18 years old and I started noticing broken capillaries on my thighs when I was 13. I'm not overweight and I don't know why I have them this early. When i was 13 there were less of them but I've noticed more and more as I've gotten older.

Possible causes/solutions?

(I know i cant reverse what's already there but I'd like to stop more from forming.)

Answers:
I think they are genetic. I do know that taking hot baths will make them worse b/c it brings the blood closer to the skin. Try taking Vit K and Vit C.

My sister has a lot but I don't have hardly any at all. When I can, I massage lotion on my legs. This keeps the circulation smooth.

If they get really bad, you can get them zapped by a laser at a dermatologist office. It's expensive but it does work. Good luck!
They are called varicose veins, and they are mostly hereditary. Your mother probably has them too.
Cardiovascular exercise can slow them down, and saline injections from a cosmetic surgeon can get rid of them.
