Can you sue for this? Unfair treatment at work?

Question:
I was hurt at work. Went on workman's Comp, had 2 months off. My job wasn't able to meet the weight restriction on my dr. order. Wrist still not fully healed, only was better because of steroid shot, yet they tried to get me to come in and were mad at me because I didn't when it was at its worse. They started to ignore my calls once I was better not letting me come back to work, tried saying I never called them yet phone records would show they just ignored me. First day back at work I had to do a special route for my company not during work hours and told I would be paid for it, and never was paid for it on that weeks check. I keep hearing workers saying they wanted to get rid of me and should have but can't because it was a work injury. Wrist still hurts and I am afraid to ask for more time off because the steroid "quartizone" shot does eventually wear off and I still have bad pains that are hard to work with. They also canceled my workman's comp check early, assuming i was better.

Answers:
Call a lawyer ASAP! There are endless numbers who are more than willing to jump on a case like yours. Just call a few and ask them if they'll work pro-bono (or however it's spelled) where they don't get paid unless you get paid. Sounds to me like they plan on trying to get rid of you regardless- you might as well get something out of it! They have obligations to you as an employee, and from what you're saying, they haven't kept them! Screw 'em!
It sounds like unfair treatment.
I believe you can.

In fact, there is little that someone hasn't tried to sue for. Talk with a lawyer, and I think you can talk with the labor commission about these guys too.

Good luck!
Sure you can you can just about sue for anything these days.
y don't u get over it
