Sore tailbone?

Question:
i haven't fell or nothing but for the past week my tailbone is sore i can barley sit i kno im not pregnant so wuts my problem . Can any 1 help me ?

Answers:
Mine is sore too & I didn't fall. I did, however, have my right leg go out to the right when I stepped on a ball. That is the only thing I can think of that could've caused mine. There are a lot of muscles which are intertwined around there so perhaps your muscle is tight & pulling on your tailbone. Mine occured about 2 months ago & it still bothers me from time to time.

Also, if you misstepped off a curb or something, that can knock your hips out of whack. Mine hurts when I have to sit straight up. It's been doing it for some time but I'm happy to report, it's getting better. There's nothing really to do for it except try to avoid being in the position that hurts. You may want to have someone do a massage and take some long baths.

You could also consult a chiropractor. They will usually take x-rays and set you up for a treatment plan. I personally have never been to one nor plan to go to one, but I've heard that they do help.

Good luck, I know it hurts :(
it must have been hurt in someway and you have forgotten =it can be terribly sore==you could have been even sitting on cement =that will cause it to be sore too
