Besides a multivitamin every day four good energy boosters are chlorophyll, barley grass, wheat grass and Coenzyme Q10.
If you've been going to sleep late recently, then that's probably why you don't have a lot of energy. Also, if your diet consists of a lot of unhealthy foods, it can affect your energy level throughout the day.
You didn't say what kind of activities are you doing, how old are you, or what is your normal schedule. Since you did mention that you did "eat a breakfast" this morning, I am assuming that you don't always eat breakfast. Eating 3 meals a day (minimum) or breaking it into 5-6 little meals a day gives your blood sugar a steady flow and can keep you going all day without getting tired. One night of 11 hrs of sleep does not make you well rested when your body may well be depleted of nutrition. When I say "meals" - I don't mean a granola bar, candy bar, bag of popcorn or chips, or a bottle/can of soda. You need nourishing food: eggs, ham, toast, sandwiches, salads, a sensible dinner: chicken/rice/string beans etc. Fast foods (McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell etc) have little nutrition and lots of calories. So why not pick something nourishing with less calories?
