Why do i get muscle cramps in my neck, fingers, toes, and back everyday.?

poor circulation and the way you sleep could be one reason, I'd see the Dr. a/s/a/p
It could be anything or nothing! Go see a doc!
it could be the weather.
Could be low on calcium and potassium. Drink some milk and eat a banana.
Or better still, eat your banana and drink your milk in the doctors waiting room.
im not very sure, i get them everywhere too, my back, lower leg, and a lot on my shoulders. i think its because we dont move enough or do a lot of exercise, it happens to me either way. if it does happen again, try to stretch your leg/arm/back etc... let it out its whole lenghth, i did that a few times and saved me a lot of pain, lol. if you need more help just e-mail me, i will gladly talk to you momre about it :)
