If its a regular headache I recommend drinking some water and going for a 10 to 15 minute walk. This gets the blood circulating in your body and seems to work wonders. I do this every tome I feel a headache coming on and it always works for me. I do not like taking medication. My friends take aspirin or Tylenol and over time they have to increased the dosage because their bodies become immune to the initial dosage.
If its a headache that is recurring in nature (it comes often) you want to consult a physician or a chiropractor. My friend went to a chiropractor because the medication did not work. The chiropractor did adjustments on his neck and now he doesn't have headaches any more.
It's your body, you know what you feel. Listen to your body and do what you must.

If an ear ache goes into an infection, which it can with home remedies like applying heat, you might lose your hearing.
To see your doctor for further evaluation to see if an infection is causing the problem.

Believe it or not here is a Natural remedy that actually kills a infection or pain - I had this not to long ago and a friend of mine told me to go buy garlic liquid tablets and poke it with a pin and squeeze the liquid in my ear and i did it and it was gone within the week. I know it sounds weird but it did work
