Question:
it feels like i have little cuts all along the length of my tongue and no matter what i eat it causes pain,as if i've eaten something very spicy.i have a cap that i think is "leaking" it's adhesive(i think this as i can taste something metallic).due to insurance problems i can't go to a dentist right away,but i just wanted to ask to see if anyone else has had this problem.thank you for any help you may provide.

Many years ago cracks appeared all over my tongue and I had pain as you described. I discovered that vitamin deficiencies first appear on your tongue. I started taking a daily multi-vitamin and a B-12 vitamin and within 2-3 weeks it resolved itself. I hope it works for you also.
