I had mine done, and it hurt less then my ears. It pinched a bit, but really I only felt pressure. And to who ever answered above and said it looks tacky doesn't know what they are talking about. If you have a small ring then I think it looks great. Good luck

It hurts alright! My mom got hers pierced and she said it was one of the worst pain she has ever ahd!

I'm sure it will feel like metal being poked through skin! Nose piercings look cheap and nasty...have you thought this through??
The consensus in my house full of daughters is no- it stings and the eye on the piercing side will tear automatically.
It should feel just like piercing your ears. It's all cartilage.
My friends who have had their noses pierced say it hurts because they have to pop a membrane that runs through your nose.

i would think it would hurt like crap and get infected and it would be really hard when like you had a cold or sumthing..haaaa i dont really know though cause i dont have my nose pierced! i guess im kinda an idiot for saying that stuff! maybe its like your ears though and it doesnt hurt much cause theres no like veins or anything...
i havent got it done but i think it would hurt because i have a sensitive nose..lol..so i dont know what to say...but i think it would hurt for anyone

no it does not hurt but it gets pretty gross in the inside of your nose when the boogers start building up around the metal...
I know this 17 year old with pierced everything, tongue, lip, multiple ears, belly button, guages, tattoos. The only one she said hurt was the nose.She said your eye waters uncontrollably and the pain is intense
I work at a tattoo shop, I'm actually a body piercer so I know what I'm talking about when I tell you this. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being absolutely nothing and 10 being the worst pain you'll ever feel it's like a 3 or a 4. It's not that bad, just a quick pinch and then it's over. If you really want it done though, don't worry about the pain anyway...the end result is totally worth it.
Hell yes it hurts and worse than anything you have ever felt. It is not worth it in the long run anyway!!!
I had mine done about a year ago and it does hurt but nothing unbearable. I had one tear come down my cheek and that's about it. The pain you'll mostly feel is soreness later after you get, especially if you get a corkscrew ring, which I think most places use, anyway. It feels like getting a hole in your nose =P
I have my done and no it didn't hurt at all. What does hurt is when you accidentally rip it out when drying your face with a towel. You must take extreme precaution when cleaning your face. Also be sure to use sea salt and warm water to clean you piercing and don't touch it! Also DO NOT apply make up or it will get infected!
it doesnt hurt. its just a little pinch. you will probably tear a little bit though.
