When is the best time to take an Epsom salt bath? after or before a work out?

After. You loose water when you excercise. You're kind of like a sponge. An epsom salt bath AFTER a workout is great for your body.
After a work out. Epsom salt helps with sore muscles and usually muscles aren't sore before the work out.
After is always better, good for helping your tired worked out muscles to relax, so just before bed after a workout is the best time.
