I hit my head hard?

Question:
I fell down the stairs Friday and hit my head on the tile/ wood part and I haven't gone a day without a headache and my ear keeps popping could i have a internal injury? What?

Answers:
Your symptoms suggest skull fracture, and blackouts are terribly dangerous. You clearly have a brain injury and need to get your butt to the ER ASAP! Just be sure someone else drives you there; you don't want to kill somebody on your way!!
maybe a concussion, just take it easy, and it will go away on its own. If it still hurts in a few days, see your doctor
I would say better safe than sorry and give your Dr. a visit. When it comes to things like your head and brain don't self medicate go to a professional and seek their advice.
you should go see a doctor immediately. Do you also have a feeling of fluid in your ears, thats another bad sign of a concussion. Definately go to the doctor, if serious, you could have brain damage so get on that.
I would say that you have a real concussive injury on your hands.Get to a doctor for X-rays to see if your brain is bruised.
You may have some bleeding in there too.
Go to a doctor, this is serious.
