Is there a lump?, maybe its an ingrown hair from plucking or waxing. If so, keep it cleen and try squeezing it in the shower. If its a pain in your head behind your eyebrow its a probably a headache, try taking some advil and if it doesnt get any better go to the doctor.

You may have a bug bite in it. About a week ago, I had a searing pain in my eyebrow. Go check with a doctor, though. Mine said that it was just a rather large bug bite (I couldn't see it under the hair).
I bet there's a tree in there somewhere. Ready for Christmas
probably an ingrown hair. but if it's under the skin maybe it's a headache.. or not to scare you but it could be something like a tumor so if it doesn't go away soon, maybe ask a doctor just to be safe! :)
