My fiance be attacked yesterday. Today she be diagnosed beside internal bleeding and given 6 months to live.?

Is there any hope for surgery to gather her? She says that it is surrounded by a place that is knotty to get to even for a great surgeon. What are her probability? Does she need a second oppinion? Des Moines is not prearranged for its wonderful medical staff, is there anywhere we can turn that has a hope for her?
