Large pelvis hematoma?


Question:
My dad has a large pelvis hematoma that the doctor in the hospital told him was a large ball full of blood. he is in a ton of pain and is wondering if anyone knows any treatments of cures for it? he fell off his bike 2 weeks ago and still has the hematoma and it has not reduced in size.
