Clear pee and light headedness? What's wrong?

Question:
I work out a lot but I don't generally pee, no matter how much water I take in. But as of the past couple of days, everything I drink seems to be going right through my system. I just drank tons of water and less than an hour later, it all came out, and it's clear. My pee has gone from the regular yellow to clear--and it's supposed to be clear, yes, when you drink lots of water but this is generally not the case. My blood sugar is fine--I don't have diabetes, but this is a very strange occurrence. What in the world is going on? I feel light headed and funny. What's up?

possible issues w/ your kidneys. see your doctor immediately.
Your sodium could have gotten very low, because you flushed it all out of your system with all the water. Potassium could also be low from sweating. Not drinking water regularly could also cause dehydration. If you are still like this tonight or tomorrow, get to a Dr. They probably need to check your blood.
Perhaps you normally sweat out the fluids you drink and maybe you have increased the amount you are drinking.
Be careful - if you drink too much in a short period of time faster than your kidneys can keep up with you can flood your system with water causing your brain to swell and put your body salt out of balance. This is very dangerous and can result in death.
Check out Hyponatremia and water intoxication.
Drink a bit less and take something that will put some sodium back into your body.
