I have anaemia and been given Iron,all previous blood test have always been normal?

Doc has suggested it might be pre menapause.Female relatives started theirs early.Have to have a repet blood test in 3 months.

Have you been to you GYN doctor? I had the same symptoms and found out I have a uterus full of fibroids. My doctor put me on birth control pills to control the bleeding. The Pills that I am on have an iron supplement in them for the week of my period. I am 44. This is just the way it happens for women around our age anymore. It is a totally treatable situation. Just stay on top of it with regular blood tests.

Vitamin "B" 12 will likely be very helpful for you, but it's best to use sublingual (under tongue) else the stomache juices will destroy most of it
