My heart hurts?
Question:
Answers:
it could be indigestion
when i eat a fudge sundae to fast i get this, it hurts through out my whole body.. My chest, my back, my stomach.. try not eating before you go to sleep.
& if you are under a lot of stress it could cause chest pains, but i would see a doctor. - not to scare you or anything. But you said its been going on and off for about a week.. i think if anything bad was going to happen to you it would have happen the first time you got the pain.
best of luck to you.

i am a Doctor and you come the right place..here this MAY help
it's not an uncommon sensation (I get it) and it is a form of indigestion, or more like trapped wind. Look at your diet and try and identify something you might have started eating within the last month to set it off.
I think that if you did have a problem with your heart, it would show itself in other ways, such as pains down the arm etc etc.
You really do have my sympathy because it is an excruciating pain which lasts several minutes and makes it difficult to breath without pain.
i get that at times " these heart attacks" I've been told are nothing but trapped wind or your muscles cramping. i hate it.
hi
i am not a doctor but i can help you. Try eating more vegies, and fruits and stay away from junk food and meat and chicken. Take more rest, eg. sleep, relax or go to the spa. Dont lift weight or anything just relax and see a doctor before it gets worse. Also if you are not a vegietarian try a vegitarian diet, it might work since meat, chicken, pork isnt good for your healt at this point of stage
I get it as well. It could be indigestion or acid reflux. I usually take some pepto bismal tablets and it goes away. But you should try and figure out what is the underlying problem. It could be how late you eat or what you eat or how fast you eat. For me it's either spicy food or acidic foods (like tomato sauce).
BTW, I was concerned when I first started getting it so I went to the doctor (where I live it's free) and that was his comment to me.
stress can definatly cause this pain. usualy if its your heart you will have other symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain, headache and nausea.
