Shoulder pain?

Question:
I just have a quick question out of curiosity. I know that a common heart attack symptom for women is shoulder pain. My question is, does that pain remain constant for a period of time? Or is it just a quick passing pain? I always wondered how you would tell the difference.

Answers:
Women can be fairly asymptomatic when it comes to heart attacks until it's gotten really bad, so they're pretty difficult to diagnose, sometimes. I would say that your shoulder pain should last for longer than a few minutes, but it could dissapate.

Bottom line, if you're worried about a heart attack, go see your doctor.
